How long does it take to get my quote?
We usually reply within one business day. Complex projects (signs, large quantities) can take a little longer, and we'll email you if we have questions.
I don't have a design file. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Describe your idea and attach a photo or a sketch: our team prepares the design and sends you a proof before production.
How long does production take?
Most orders are ready 3–7 business days after approval. If you have a deadline, add it in the form (at least 2 business days).
How do I pay and receive my order?
You approve the quote online and pay by credit card, or at our shop. Pick up at 9150 rue Meilleur, Montréal, or have it shipped anywhere in Canada.
